You receive the full call recording and an email recap with links, tools and commands mentioned during the session.

Frequently asked questions about the call
What if the problem isn't solved in an hour?
The session's goal is deep diagnosis (triage). If the problem is very complex, we'll identify the root cause and the exact strategy to solve it. We'll give you an estimate on how to proceed (internally or shadowed by us via Sprint Blend).
Do I need to give access to my server or code?
No, not required. We share the screen on Meet/Zoom. If we need to look at specific code, you can paste it into chat or share a snippet. We never directly touch production servers during a Spark.
Are both (Manuel and Estephany) on the call?
Depends on the topic. Technical bugs and architecture, Manuel. UX/UI audits and content, Estephany. Cross-functional projects, both. In the pre-call form we figure out who's needed and organize the session accordingly.
Is the recording really the full call?
Yes, Meet/Zoom records everything, we deliver the private file via link. Use it internally as reference, or share with those who weren't present. No view limits.
If implementation is needed, does the Spark cost count?
If within 30 days of the session you move to a Tech Blend or Sprint Blend for implementation, the Spark cost is fully credited back against the quote. In practice, the call is free if we proceed together.
Can I book multiple Sparks in a month?
Yes, but one usually is enough to unblock you. If you're booking recurring Sparks on different topics, a Care Blend (ongoing maintenance) or a Tech Blend (for the whole project) makes more sense.
Only 5 consulting slots a week.
We cap consulting at 5 slots per week to preserve time for ongoing development projects.
