Frequently asked questions about Care Blend
Can I cancel Care Blend whenever?
Yes. Care Blend is monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice. No duration commitment or penalty. Continuity is the normal state, exit is always available.
What if I don't use the included interventions?
Unused interventions don't roll over, Care Blend is not a "credit" to spend, it's a "presence" that guarantees the SLA and automatic monthly technical updates. Even in months without explicit interventions, we still run security updates, backups and monitoring. Paying for Care means paying for attention, not just on-demand interventions. If you systematically need more than your tier allows, we propose upgrading to Pro or adding a specific Tech Blend.
Why does Track A cost less than Track B?
Because we know the site. If we built it, we have the docs, the architecture, the technical choices in mind. Zero time wasted on onboarding or legacy "discovery". Track B requires an initial audit precisely to establish this baseline.
Is Track B onboarding mandatory?
Yes. It takes the form of an onboarding technical audit (from € 890) and maps the real state, vulnerabilities, dependencies and calibrates the SLA. Without a baseline we can't guarantee SLAs. It's a one-time investment to start stress-free.
How are extra interventions billed?
Fixed price per intervention (€180-200 each depending on tier). No hourly rate. If an intervention > 2h emerges, we classify it as Patch Blend (2-4h) or Tech Blend (> 4h) with reserved Care terms.
Does it also cover urgent security issues?
It covers preventive maintenance (updates, baseline monitoring). For active compromises or incident response a Recovery Blend is required, but Care clients get queue priority and reserved terms on the intervention.
