WebTea is Manuel and Estephany (and Pixel). We design and build custom solutions for established companies and startups. One single point of contact, few projects in parallel, continuity before and after launch: how we work matters as much as what we produce.

Five beliefs that drive every decision.

They're not slogans. They're operational filters, if a project doesn't respect these rules, we don't take it on.

  • No templates. Custom for the context.

    Every decision, from the stack to the copy of a form, is made for your specific case. No wrapping of third-party products passed off as a "dedicated solution".

  • Price defined up front, not discovered later.

    Every project is quoted per deliverable, never per hour. You know what you spend, we're not incentivized to be slow.

  • If we're not the right answer, we tell you right away.

    We evaluate every request before putting together a quote. If the problem falls outside our skill set or our way of working, we say "no", and if you've already paid for a discovery call, we refund 100%.

  • Zero lock-in. Code, data and decisions stay yours.

    No proprietary SaaS, no components that depend on us. If one day you want to switch partners, there are no technical hostages.

  • Few projects in parallel. Quality doesn't multiply.

    Rigid capacity limits for every type of work, we tell you immediately if a slot is available. Focus is the one ingredient that doesn't scale.

Manuel

Freelancer since 2014, but he built his first site at 15, in 2008, when best practices hadn't been written yet. 18 years of production code, frameworks loved-hated-loved-again, architectures picked for context and not for fashion.

Since 2018 he teaches development and architecture to companies and internal teams. Author of the digital accessibility handbook (coming 2026), not a technical book, but an operational manual for content, PMs, UX, developers and stakeholders who need to work together for accessibility to actually work.

Practices the art of "give me the exact problem, not the solution you've already imagined".

Estephany

Freelancer since 2020, she partners with Manuel on everything that touches the user. She learned to read people before she learned Figma, research and writing background before diving into design.

Passion for cooking, animals, and anything that can be observed with patience. If Manuel is the bridge between problem and code, Estephany is the bridge between person and product.
