No. Flow Blend is only diagnosis + operational plan. Implementation can be handled by your team with the roadmap, or requested from us as Core Blend (full restyle), Architect Blend (iterative A/B tests) or Tech Blend (targeted fixes).
During scoping we identify together the 2-3 main commercial goals (e.g., purchase, quote request, signup). We analyze those paths in depth, not the whole site, only where conversion leaks happen.
Flow Blend is diagnostic (understand why you're not converting). Architect Blend is implementation (test and implement fixes with iterative A/B cycles). They're complementary, we often start with Flow to understand, then activate Architect to fix.
A screen recording (20-30 min) where we walk you through the identified issues visually, showing heatmaps, recordings and mockups. Works better than a static report to grasp priorities and share with the team.
