Both. We always build custom, but the stack (WordPress with a from-scratch theme, Astro, React, Next.js...) is decided in Discovery based on your case. Custom WordPress isn't an oxymoron: it's a theme written line by line for your context, zero page builder plugins, zero adapted "starter themes".
In that case Core Blend isn't the right fit. We'd propose a diagnostic audit (Flow Blend for UX, Insight Blend for SEO) to identify the real issues of your current site before any rebuild.
It includes CMS, framework and dependency updates, maintenance interventions up to 2 hours each, and a quarterly report on the site's state. Response SLAs are contractually guaranteed. If new feature needs arise during the year, we scope them as separate projects so support stays predictable and new features don't "eat" the maintenance budget.

If the KPIs defined in Discovery aren't met, we sit down and figure out why: it could be a site issue (which we fix), a strategy issue (which we rework), or a market issue (which we analyze together). Serious "result guarantees" don't exist in our sector, anyone promising them is lying. But a method exists to intervene before a problem becomes irreversible, and that's what we do.
