When the site you have isn't the site you need

Templates that slow you down, UX stuck between aesthetics and conversion, content that doesn't answer your customers' questions. Core Blend rebuilds everything from the ground up in five phases: strategy, UX, custom development, technical SEO, training; with a single dedicated team from analysis to the first year after launch (and beyond).

Why the site you have isn't delivering results.

  • The site converts poorly given the traffic it gets

Visitors arrive, but they don't become leads or customers. It's not a traffic problem: it's a path problem. The user doesn't find what they're looking for, doesn't trust you, never reaches the point where they could contact you.

  • The site is slow, and slowness costs

Every extra second of load time cuts conversions and drags down SEO ranking. Google's Core Web Vitals aren't an opinion: they're a measurable ranking factor, and a site that doesn't respect them is losing visibility every day.

  • No one has a holistic view of your digital.

One person handles the site, another SEO, an external vendor runs the campaigns, the CRM was installed by someone five years ago. Every piece thinks for itself and decisions get lost between emails.

How a Core Blend is built

Five phases, from the first brief to the first year in production. Indicative timing: the project can shorten or lengthen based on complexity, but the method doesn't change.

  1. 1-3 weeks

    Discovery & strategic architecture

KPI analysis, ideal-customer mapping, competitor benchmark. Together we define the site's information architecture and the questions every page needs to answer before we talk about design, stack or CMS.

  2. 2-4 weeks

    UX/UI design

Wireframes, interactive prototype, design system. The UX balances your business goals with the real questions of the people landing on the site. Every flow is tested on the prototype before going into development.

  3. 4-8 weeks

    Custom development

Code written for your case, optimized for Core Web Vitals and measurable performance metrics. Integrations with CRM, ERP, payment systems. Accessibility, security and responsiveness are not a separate phase: they're code requirements from the start.

  4. 2-4 weeks

    Content migration and technical SEO

Migration without traffic loss, meta tags, Schema.org, 301 redirects, sitemap. SEO work doesn't start here, it's already in Phase 1's architecture, but here it's formalized into configuration and pre-launch checks.

  5. 1-2 weeks

    Launch, training and monitoring

Testing on real environments, two hours of training for your team, analytics setup configured on the KPIs defined in Discovery. From day one you're autonomous on the site and we're one email away when you need us.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Core Blend project really take?

A full corporate site takes 10-14 weeks. E-commerce or SaaS 16-20 weeks. Timing and scope are defined in Discovery and formalized in the contract. If something changes along the way, we review it together before moving the roadmap, not after.

Do you use WordPress or is it "really custom"?

Both. We always build custom, but the stack (WordPress with a from-scratch theme, Astro, React, Next.js...) is decided in Discovery based on your case. Custom WordPress isn't an oxymoron: it's a theme written line by line for your context, zero page builder plugins, zero adapted "starter themes".

What if my budget is under €5,000?

In that case Core Blend isn't the right fit. We'd propose a diagnostic audit (Flow Blend for UX, Insight Blend for SEO) to identify the real issues of your current site before any rebuild.

What does the first-year Care Blend include?

It includes CMS, framework and dependency updates, maintenance interventions up to 2 hours each, and a quarterly report on the site's state. Response SLAs are contractually guaranteed. If new feature needs arise during the year, we scope them as separate projects so support stays predictable and new features don't "eat" the maintenance budget.

What are the post-launch response SLAs?

Three levels, all in the contract: - Critical (site down): response within 4h - High (blocking issue): within 12h - Normal (change request or question): within 48 business hours Availability Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. For critical emergencies there's a dedicated channel we monitor outside hours too.

What if after launch the site doesn't perform as hoped?

Core Blend includes a first year of monitoring (Care Blend Track A) with quarterly report. If the KPIs defined in Discovery aren't met, we sit down and figure out why: it could be a site issue (which we fix), a strategy issue (which we rework), or a market issue (which we analyze together). Serious "result guarantees" don't exist in our sector, anyone promising them is lying. But a method exists to intervene before a problem becomes irreversible, and that's what we do.

Who actually writes my site's code?

Manuel writes the code. Estephany handles UX and design. No subcontracting, no junior teams you'll never see. We're two people following the project from start to finish, which is also why we accept a maximum of two Core projects per quarter: any more and we couldn't maintain the quality we promise.

Core Blend starts with a call

We accept a maximum of two Core projects per quarter. The first call is 30 minutes, no cost, no quote commitment. It's to figure out if Core is the right answer for you or if it's worth starting with something else.
